Enhesa's Service Desk provides you a one stop view of any inquiry you have made to Enhesa's Regulatory Experts, IT Department, or Client Services Team.
So that you can keep track of any clarification questions, Enhesa has partnered with Zendesk to help compile all of your "tickets" in one place. Once you have created an account, you will then be able to access all of your ticket information using the link support.enhesa.com.
Creating an Account:
- By reaching out via support form within your Enhesa site or by emailing services@enhesa.com you will be sent a verification email with a registration link. Please make sure to follow this link as this account is a separate system from www.ehsmonitor.com
- When verifying your account, please make a unique and secure password.
- Click on your username on the upper right hand corner to access your active and closed tickets. Navigate to " My activities" section of the drop down.
4. Review your open requests and Items you are cc'ed on for live updates. Email notification will be sent for all updates from Enhesa. Please note you also have the ability to search all of your tickets and filter by status
