While helping you resolve a service issue, the Enhesa Customer Experience team may request a HAR file be recorded and sent over.
HAR, short for HTTP Archive, is a format used for tracking information between a web browser and a website. A HAR file is primarily used for identifying performance issues such as bottlenecks, slow load times, and page rendering problems.
How to Generate a HAR File
- Open your web browser and navigate to our website.
- Open the Developer tools menu. This will vary slightly by browser, but all share a similar process:
a. Top-right corner of browser window→ Browser Settings menu → More Tools → Developer Tools
b. A Develop Tools menu will appear on the right side of your browser page.
c. Click on the Network Menu and make sure that the "Network Log" button is Red (recording).
3. Beginning at your launchpad or home screen, replicate the previous actions that led to your reported error, allowing these actions to be recorded.
5. Right click anywhere within the table until the option menu appears as seen below. Select "Save all as HAR with content"
6. Keep the same file name as recommended and save to your local disk.
7. Send the HAR file to our Customer Experience team.
Note: the HAR file does not contain any sensitive information such as username/password so there is no risk involved with sharing.
