General Introduction
The Enhesa Corporate Dashboard helps your facility effectively manage regulatory obligations. With this tool, you can:
- Confirm relevant topics: Use the Applicability Screener to identify which topics are relevant to your facility’s operations.
- Manage regulatory checklist: In the Requirements section, assess both Applicability and Compliance for each regulatory requirement, give comments whenever needed. Your assessments will automatically update your facility’s evolving regulatory checklist.
- Build Legal Register: Review and update the Applicability status of current regulations in the Legal Register section. This process creates and maintains your ongoing Legal Register.
The guide below outlines the recommended workflow to get the most out of the Corporate Dashboard.
Recommended Workflow
Step one: Locate your facility on Corporate Dashboard
1. Login to your Enhesa service portal https://app.enhesa.com/. Go to the "Compliance Intelligence → Corporate Dashboard" option (click to read more about this dashboard).
2. [Optional] Change interface language when needed.
3. [Optional] Use the search-box or Jurisdiction-filter to find your facility.
4. Click on the name of your facility.
5. Now you're directed to your "Facility Dashboard" where you can see your facility's general regulatory assessment status per topic.
6. Go to the "Requirement" section, you can review and assess regulatory requirements for your facility. (Check further in the following paragraph Step three: Manage your regulatory checklist)
7. The "Legal Register" section provides the current regulations for your facility.
8. Go to the "Applicability Screener", you can filter your applicable topics and regulatory requirements. (Check further in the following paragraph Step two: Confirm your relevant topics )
Step two: Confirm your relevant topics
* Important: The Applicability Screener adjusts requirement applicability based on your operational details. If you do not want this process to affect existing assessment records, you may skip this step and go directly to “Step three: Manage your regulatory checklist”.
If you decide to continue with the screening, please follow the steps below to work on the "Applicability Screener" section, this section will help you to confirm the relevant topics for your facility. Enhesa system will filter the regulatory requirements according to your operations within this "Applicability Screener" section.
1. Click on the drop down arrow to open all (secondary) topics.
2. Turn on the topics that are relevant for your facility.
3. Turn off the topics that are not-relevant for your facility.
4. Click on "Next" to go to the next (country specific) screening questions page.
5. Review the country specific screening questions.
6. When needed, click on "Learn More" to get guidance for each screening question.
7. Confirm whether the screening question is relevant (Yes), not-relevant (No) to your facility. If you are not sure, choose "Undetermined". You can always come back to this "Applicability Screener" page to update your answers.
8. Click on "Done" and your relevant topics are confirmed. Enhesa system has also filtered the Applicability status of the regulatory requirements accordingly. (click to read more about "Applicability Screener" User Actions and Effects)
9. At this point, you will be directed back to the "Facility Dashboard". Since your relevant topics are confirmed, you can see:
10. Some Requirements have been determined as "Applicable" (because their associated topics are relevant). You can click on the numbers to view/assess the corresponding regulatory requirements.
11. Some Requirements have been determined as "Not Applicable" (because their associated topics are not-relevant). You can click on the numbers to view/assess the corresponding regulatory requirements.
12. Some Requirements are remain "Undetermined" (because it's not clear enough to make a decision yet). You can click on the numbers to view/assess the corresponding regulatory requirements.
13. Alternatively, you can click on the "Requirements" tab to view all regulatory requirements.
Step three: Manage your regulatory checklist
The "Requirements" section contains all regulatory requirements assigned to your facility and serves as your active regulatory checklist. Follow the steps below, you can use the "Requirements" section to assess the Applicability & Compliance status for each regulatory requirement.
1. On your "Requirements" section, you can check the current regulatory requirements that Enhesa prepared for your facility.
2. The "Applicability" and "Compliance" graph shows the assessment progress for the regulatory requirements.
3. You can search and/or filter regulatory requirements as needed.
4. The available regulatory requirements are listed (click to read more).
5. Check to view history assessment records comments, click to update the your comments.
6. Made the "Applicability" and "Compliance" assessment to each regulatory requirement (click here to read more).
7. Bookmark the requirement when needed (click here to read more).
8. The bookmarked requirements are reflected on the "Bookmarked" section.
9. The requirements need revalidation due to regulatory changes are highlighted here (click here to read more).
10. You can download/upload your regulatory requirements (as well as your assessment decisions, supportive information) through the Excel downloading/uploading feature. (click to read more about Download, Edit and upload the Excel file).
Step four: Get your Legal Register
Use the "Legal Register: section to review the Applicability of current regulations and maintain your facility’s Legal Register.
1. On your "Legal Register" section, you can check the current regulations that Enhesa prepared for your facility.
2. You can search and/or filter regulations as needed.
3. Click on the title of a regulation, you can find more regulatory analysis, linked regulatory requirements and the source regulation links (click to read more).
4. If any of the linked regulatory requirement has been assessed as "Applicable", the system will automatically determine the regulation as "Applicable".
5. If all of the linked regulatory requirements have been assessed as "Not Applicable", the system will automatically determine the regulation as "Not Applicable" .
6. If neither the linked regulatory requirements nor the regulation itself is assessed, the regulation status will stay "Undetermined" and waiting for your further assessment
