Please follow the steps below to review and manage your Legal Register on Corporate Dashboard.
Step one: Open your Legal Register
1. Click on your facility name on Compliance Intelligence Dashboard homepage to open your facility.
2. Go to the "Legal Register" section. Now you have the following 2 different types of regulations:
[A] "Active" Regulations: Filter the "Active" regulations, the system will show regulations which have linked Regulatory Requirements in Enhesa system. This means users need to assess against their linked regulatory requirements to make sure regulatory compliance.
[B] "Informative" regulations: Filter the "Informative" regulations, the system will show regulations that don't have any linked Regulatory Requirements in Enhesa system. This means the regulations serve as informative/reference resources for users only.
Step Two: Review the "Active" Regulations in your Legal Register
On your "Legal Register" section, please follow the steps below to review the "Active" Regulations.
1. Filter the "Active" regulations, the system will show the regulations which have linked Regulatory Requirements.
2. Click on the regulation (Enhesa system already determined this example regulation as "Applicable" because your team already assessed it's linked regulatory requirement as "Applicable", please check details below)
3. Your example regulation is now opened with more details.
4. Click on its "Linked Requirements".
5. All the regulatory requirements (click to read more) linked under this regulation are available.
6. Click the regulatory requirement, the system shows further details about the requirement as well as it's assessment status. (This example requirement is assessed as "Applicable" by your team. So the regulation itself is determined as "Applicable" by the system.)
Step Three: Manage the "Informative" Regulations in your Legal Register
On your "Legal Register" section, please follow the steps below to manage the "Informative" Regulations.
1. Filter the "Informative" regulations, the system will show the regulations that don't have any linked Regulatory Requirements in Enhesa system. This means the regulations serve as informative/reference resources for users only.
2. When needed, click the regulation to view its details.
3. Click on the "Applicability" option to determine whether this regulation is Applicable to your facility.
