NextGen Corporate Dashboard users can manage ongoing regulatory-compliance for their facilities by
- Reviewing the existing assessment data
- Checking new & undetermined requirements
- Checking changed & bookmarked requirements
- Following up with "Action Required" requirements
- Review Updated "Legal Register"
Please follow the steps below to manage ongoing regulatory-compliance on NextGen Corporate Dashboard.
Step one: Login to your Enhesa Corporate Dashboard
Login to your Enhesa service portal https://app.enhesa.com/, and Go to the "Compliance Intelligence → Corporate Dashboard" option.
Step two: Find your facility
2. [Optional] Change interface language when needed.
3. [Optional] Use the search-box or Jurisdiction-filter to find your facility.
4. Find your needed facility.
Step three: Review the existing assessment data
Please click the following Graphs/Numbers to review the existing assessment data on your facility.
5. Click the Applicability graphs/numbers to view the existing Applicability assessments for corresponding requirements.
6. Click the Compliance graphs/numbers to view the existing Compliance assessments for corresponding requirements.
Step four: Check new & undetermined requirements
Please click the following Graphs/Numbers to check new & undetermined requirements for your facility, please continue with the assessment.
7+8. The blue graph/number section shows the regulatory requirements that haven't been reviewed. Please click the graph/number to check and assess them (Click here to read more about how to Assess a Requirement).
Step five: Check changed & bookmarked requirements
Please click the following Numbers to check changed & bookmarked requirements, please continue with the assessment.
9. The "Requires Revalidation" number shows the requirements that have went through recent regulatory changes. Please click the number to respond (Click here to read more about how to Respond to Requires Revalidation Requirements).
10. The "Bookmarked" number shows the requirements have been bookmarked by your team. (Click here to read more about Check Bookmarked Requirements).
Step Six: Follow up with "Action Required" requirements
Please click the following Graph/Number to follow up with "Action Required" requirements.
11. The red graph/number shows the regulatory requirements that need to take further actions. Please click the graph/number to check and follow up with proper actions.
Step Seven: Review updated "Legal Register"
Please go to “Legal Register” section of your facility to review the updated legal register. On your updated legal register section:
1. Click on your "Legal Register" section, you can check the current regulations that Enhesa prepared for your facility.
2. You can search and/or filter regulations as needed.
3. Click on the title of a regulation, you can find more regulatory analysis, linked regulatory requirements and the source regulation links.
4. If any of the linked regulatory requirement has been assessed as "Applicable", the system will automatically determine the regulation as "Applicable".
5. If all of the linked regulatory requirements have been assessed as "Not Applicable", the system will automatically determine the regulation as "Not Applicable" .
6. If neither the linked regulatory requirements nor the regulation itself is assessed, the regulation status will stay "Undetermined" and waiting for your further assessment.
