Once major changes happened to your assessed requirements, Enhesa system highlights these requirements with "Requires Revalidation" tags. So you are aware of the major changes. You can follow the steps below to respond.
[1] Click on the "Requires Revalidation" number to open the "Requires Revalidation" requirements.
[2] The "Requires Revalidation" requirements are listed.
[3] Check the historical assessments records & comments, if needed.
[4] Click on "Show Changes" to view the change notes.
[5] Review the Change Notes in pop-up window.
→ [6] If your previous assessment answer is still valid, click on "Revalidate".
→ [7] If your previous assessment answer is no longer valid due to the major change, update your assessment answer.
