Facility Management lets workspace administrators control which users can see or edit specific facilities in their workspace.
Who can use this feature:
Only users with administrator privileges can see the Administration page, where Facility Management lives.
Before you start:
To give someone access to a facility, they must already be set up as a user in your workspace. If they aren’t, add them first. See the Enhanced User Management: FAQ article for details.
Access levels:
| Access level | What the user can do |
| Read-only | View the facility but can’t make changes |
| Full | View the facility and make changes |
How to access Facility Management:
1. From the Launchpad, select your company (use the Switch workspace dropdown if you belong to more than one), then click Administration.
2. Open the Facilities Access tab.
Assigning access:
- On the Facilities Access tab, click Add Access.
- Choose the facility and the user(s).
- Select the access level: Read-only or Full.
- Confirm to save.
Reviewing existing access:
The Facilities Access page lists every facility in your workspace, with:
- Facility: name and jurisdiction
- Status: for example, Active
- Users with access: a count with the breakdown of type of access, such as “3 (2 Full, 1 Read-Only)”.
- Last updated: who last changed the access and when
To find a facility, use the search bar (by facility, user, or domain) or filter by Jurisdictions or Status.
