Each time brand-new requirements are published in Enhesa, they automatically appear in the Undetermined category in the Corporate Dashboard, ensuring visibility to these new updates.
In many cases, new requirements are added to a Topic or Sub-Topic that has already been screened out as Not Applicable via the Applicability Screener.
In order to bulk edit new requirements so that they're moved to Not Applicable, users will need to revisit the Applicability Screener, toggle the impacted Heading (to On), submit the changes, and then complete the same steps again, this time moving the Topic/Sub-Topic back to Not Applicable.
Once the changes have been submitted, and new requirements added under such Topics will be moved to Not Applicable.
Below is an example of this process.
Let's say the following requirement has just been added to my England sites:
My England sites aren't conducting anything to do with Combustion/Power Plants, so I'll want to move this and any other new, related requirements to Not Applicable.
I will next go to the Applicability Screener and find this Topic's toggle:
Since this Topic is already toggled off (as expected), I'll need to toggle back ON, Submit my changes, then change this back to OFF. Once I've saved my changes again, all requirements related to Combustion/Power Plants will be marked as Not Applicable.
