Our new user management system is a suite of tools that help manage user access.
This includes:
- Updating Points of Contact (users, order, details)
- Adding/removing users
- Adding allowed user email domains
- Managing access to facilities
What's changing?
- Passwords will need to be updated
- Users can no longer register themselves
- Accounts have the option to manage users themselves
In general, Enhesa accesses and permissions will continue to operate as before: users can be assigned to facilities through support tickets once they have access to the Enhesa Launchpad.
Administration View
Users that have been granted administrator privileges will have access to a new page, available on the bottom right navigation.
The table contains all users with access to the Enhesa Launchpad under the administrator’s workspace. From here, users can be invited, set as Point of Contact, or removed.
User Invite
The action creates a pop-up where emails can be entered, separated by commas. Only emails belonging to the approved domains for the workspace can be invited.
- If the user does not already belong to another existing Enhesa Workspace, they will receive an invitation email with a login link. Clicking the link will give them access to the workspace.
- If the user already exists to another Enhesa Workspace, they will immediately receive access to the workspace, accessible in a drop down on the Launchpad
- If the user has not accepted the invitation, this is visible for 7 days through the
icon
Point of Contacts
From the user list, any user can be set as a PoC, adding their details to the list available on the Launchpad.
The icon in the top right corner of the screen allows administrators to change the order of the POCs and add a description that will be visible in the Point of Contact list.
