Enhesa’s NextGen Corporate Dashboard is a web-based tool which provides an at-a-glance overview of the compliance and applicability of your facilities.
To get started, click the "Corporate Dashboard" link under the Compliance Intelligence Service.
This tool is individual access based, so if you are unable to see this tool, please reach out to the Point of Contact on your home page to request this access.
The Corporate Dashboard allows teams to assess applicability and compliance based on the regulatory requirements of a specific jurisdiction. Using the jurisdiction regulations, Enhesa’s regulatory experts have extracted relevant EHS regulatory requirements for facilities to review.
Using the Corporate Dashboard, teams can review their findings of non-compliance and identify any "problem sites" that need support.
The NextGen Corporate Dashboard has updated features that are intuitive and user-friendly allowing for faster, smoother and easier self-assessments.
Navigating NextGen’s Corporate Dashboard:
The NextGen Compliance Intelligence Dashboard simplifies navigation. With the search bar and jurisdiction filter, you can access the following pages in just a few clicks:
1. Facility Dashboard
This view allows a user to see requirements broken down by thematic heading and determination status (applicable, compliance) however it is still an overview. In this view, a user can see which thematic heading may still have items for review or may have findings of non-compliance.
2. Requirements Page
The Requirements page displays a list of requirements related to the specific facility. The list of requirements can be filtered based by topic, category, applicability, and compliance.
Each requirement card will have the following features:
- Related Thematic Heading
- Requirement itself
- Category
- Applicability and Compliance Status with an easy-to-use drop-down menu
- Buttons for comments, audit trail, and bookmarking
- Clicking on a requirement card will direct you to a detailed view with more information including Scope, Additional Information, Documents, Foundations, and Changes.
3. Applicability Screener
The Applicability Screener is used to screen out excess requirements that are not applicable to your facility. There are two steps to completing the Applicability Screener.
The first step is Topic Screening, as shown in the image below. Toggle topics On or Off based on whether they are relevant to your facility’s operations. You can click on a topic to view the full list of associated subtopics, which can also be toggled On or Off.
- If you toggle a topic Off, all linked requirements, even those that are already marked as Applicable will automatically be marked as Not Applicable.
- If you toggle a topic On, all linked requirements that were previously marked as Not Applicable will be updated to Undetermined. Any requirements previously marked as Undetermined or Applicable will remain unchanged.
The second step is the Applicability Screening Questions. Answering these questions helps further refine the list of requirements for your facility. If you need support while answering a question, select the Learn More button beneath the question to view guidance notes.
Once you have completed all questions, click the Done button in the bottom-right corner. You will be redirected to the Facility Dashboard, where you can view the updated, official breakdown of applicability and compliance by topic for your facility.
Enhesa Corporate Dashboard Updates:
Enhesa updates our data on a monthly or quarterly frequency. These updates will appear in your dashboard periodically in two ways:
- You can view new requirements by checking the "Requires Revalidation" and "Undetermined” sections.
Enhesa recommends logging into your portal monthly to review these updates and be aware of all changes occurring in your jurisdiction.
Please Note that any items repealed will be removed without any notification.
