
This error often means that the format that is needed to export the "csv" file, is not available on the client's computer.
The SC export tool needs to use a CSV UTF-8 (Comma delimited) (*.csv) format.
This needs to be added to your system by your IT team.
CSV UTF-8 is used by Enhesa because we deal with many different languages. This format permits all characters to appear as they should instead of appearing as question marks ?????.
* The CSV UTF8 option only appears for users that have a build equal to or later than Version 1611 (Build 7571.2109)
