Users can access the ScoreCard's main functionalities using the Excel ScoreCard ribbon at the top of the screen. The ScoreCard's features are engrained into the Excel program, which allows you to access them in the same way you use other Excel features. A description of each ScoreCard ribbon button follows:
1- Go to Summary: Click here to be redirected to the Summary sheet
2- Go To Findings: Click here to be redirected to the Findings sheet
3- Findings: Click here to populate the Findings sheet with findings (i.e. questions to which you answered "NO") and be redirected to the Findings sheet
4- Findings and Comments: Click here to populate the Findings sheet with findings (i.e. questions to which you answered "NO") and questions (irrespective of the answer) where you wrote comments and be redirected to the Findings sheet
5- All Requirements: Click here to populate the Findings sheet with all requirements and be redirected to the Findings sheet
6- Switch: Click here to switch the language displayed. If you purchased a dual language ScoreCard, you can view the information in English or in local language. Clicking this button changes the display language between English and local language.
7- Dual: Click here to view the ScoreCard in both available languages at the same time. If you purchased the ScoreCard in dual language, you have the option to see both English and the local language displayed side-by-side.
8- Expand Guide Notes: Click this button to generate a printable version of the ScoreCard. For further instructions about this feature, see the "expanding the Guide Notes for printing" section below.
9- Insert New Rows: Click this button to add rows below a compliance question in one of the ten thematic compliance sheets. This feature is useful for adding multiple findings that relate to the same regulatory requirement.
10- Audit Scope: Use this button in conjunction with the "Audit Scope Screening Sheet". Click this button after answering the prescreening questionnaire on the Audit Scope Screening Sheet to screen out non-applicable requirements. For further information about the ScoreCard's screening features, see the "Ways to exclude non-applicable requirements from your ScoreCard" section below.
11- Applicability: Use this button in conjunction with the "Applicability Screening Sheet". Click this button after answering the prescreening questionnaire on the Applicability Screening Sheet to screen out non-applicable requirements. For further information about the ScoreCard's screening features, see the "Ways to exclude non-applicable requirements from your ScoreCard" section below.
12- Legislation: Use this button to screen out legislation from the "List of Regs" sheet. This feature will add a red X to the "Screened out during audit" column on the List of Regs sheet based on your answers to the screening questionnaires on the Audit Scope Screening Sheet and the Applicability Screening Sheet. For further information about the ScoreCard's screening features, see the "List of Regulations" section below.
13 - Flag Major Changes: This will allow you to select the YEAR, MONTH and DAY (day after the previous Research date or any other date). By pressing the "Flag Major Changes" button, the ScoreCard will highlight the major changes since selected date in yellow in each thematic compliance sheet. If you click on any of the version numbers you will see a pop-up window showing the latest change and the history of the major changes, showing up to a maximum of the five latest changes. This will include version number, research date, publication date, update type (and note (if applicable)). For further information about the Update Types, see the "Update Types" section below. Be aware that in order to only get the correct major changes highlighted, you will need to select the day after the research date indicated in the previous ScoreCard you received. This means that if the previous ScoreCard you received has a research date of 1 January 2015, you will need to select 2 January 2015 in your new and updated ScoreCard.
14 - Related Documents: Click here to be redirected to the Related Documents sheet. For further information about the Related Documents, see the "Facility Records and other Documents for Assessing Compliance" section below.
15- Audit Survey: Click this button to send feedback or ask any questions you may have about your Audit Protocol Clicking this button generates an e-mail form which allows you to conveniently contact Enhesa.
16 - Compliance Export: Click this button to convert your ScoreCard requirements to a CSV file. The CSV file of your ScoreCard can be uploaded to your organizations Compliance Dashboard. There is no Compliance Export button for the ScoreCard formatted before 2020. If you want to upload the old data, please contact to Enhesa Client Services team for support.
