Users can follow the following steps to add new rows on a Scorecard:
1. Select the topic sheet that you want to add content/rows to;
2. Select any content row except the last row;
3. Click the "Insert New Rows" button;
4. Enter the number of rows to insert the new row(s).
Then the new row(s) has/have been added, as follows. Users can add their own content within these rows.
