We’ve released a major update to the Next Generation Compliance Intelligence (NGCI) Scorecard export to make offline auditing faster, easier to manage, and more secure - and to unlock a major new benefit clients have consistently wanted: true online collaboration.
Why we made the change
- The previous Scorecards were large macro-enabled Excel files, often taking 20+ minutes to download.
- Macro-enabled files are often restricted or blocked by corporate IT security policies, creating friction to access and use them.
- They typically required the desktop version of Microsoft Excel, which limited flexibility and prevented online collaboration.
The biggest value add: online collaboration (now possible)
- The new export is macro-free, which means it can be used in Office 365 (Excel Online) and Google Sheets.
- Clients can now collaborate in real time, share securely, and avoid version-control issues (multiple copies, email attachments, conflicting edits).
- This enables teams across sites/functions to review, comment, and complete audits together, which was not feasible with the previous macro-enabled format.

- Compliance status
- Other filtered requirement sets
- Result: offline audits are more focused and easier to manage.

- After completing the offline review, clients can upload the same file back into the NGCI dashboard.
- Responses are saved and backed up in Enhesa, with an audit trail of who changed what and when.
