Enhesa Compliance Intelligence provides 2 levels of Screening Questions. To illustrate:
1. The 1st level Screening Questions are the “Audit Scope Screening Questions”. They are created based on Enhesa’s topic headings. These questions ask whether a heading-topic is relevant to the user's facility.
[An example screening question under the heading: Hazardous materials management] Does the facility store or handle hazardous materials?
[An example screening question under the heading: Occupational Health] Does the facility have employees that are exposed to ionizing or non-ionising radiation?
If users answer "Not Relevant" for an “Audit Scope Screening Question”, the linked regulatory requirements will be moved to "Not Applicable".
2. The 2nd level Screening Questions are the “Applicability Screening Questions”. They are created based on a jurisdiction’s regulatory requirements.
[An example screening question for facilities located in Argentina] Does the facility produce or operate with hazardous chemical substances or mixtures listed in SRT Resolutions 844/2017, 497/2003 and/or 743/2003?
[An example screening question for facilities located in Buenos Aires, Argentina]Does the facility transport special or industrial waste within the province of Buenos Aires?
Similarly, if a user answers "Not Relevant" for an “Applicability Screening Questions”, the linked regulatory requirements will be moved to "Not Applicable".
Overall, the combination of 2 levels of Screening Questions gives users a more precise tailoring option.
