Enhesa updates Compliance Intelligence on a periodic basis (monthly/quarterly) to provide users with any new requirements or major changes occurring in the EHS Regulations. If a requirement, that has previously been answered, has an update, Enhesa Regulatory Experts flag the requirement as a "Major Change". This change can be based on a regulatory change or an improvement project by Enhesa. Below is a guide on how to find and review these Major Updates.
1. Go to Corporate Dashboard, click the Orange-Colored graph to view requirements with “Major Updates”;
2. On a requirement, click the “Show Changes” feature to view details of the "Major Updates";
3. Please be aware of the supporting information below:
(A) "Additional Details": Click here to check Guide Notes, Regulatory Citation, etc. of this requirement.
(B) “Previous Actions”: Click to view historical answers/comments.
The final step is to either click the (C) “Revalidate” button to confirm you have assessed this updated requirement OR to change your Applicability and Compliance Answers if you believe these have changed.
