Enhesa provides multiple Excel reports within the Corporate Dashboard tool to help you review your site assessment details.
All Facility Report
You can export a brief snapshot of all of your viewable facilities' assessment data using the export feature on the main Dashboard page.
Click on the “Export Excel” button in the upper right corner.
This export provides the name and details of each facility as well as the current assessment metrics.
Single Facility Report
You can also generate a similar facility-specific report.
Start by clicking on the gear icon of the desired facility:
Then, click on “Export Excel” button on right top corner.
The export will include the following key metrics in the same format as the table view found within the Dashboard:
Detailed Facility Report
You can also export a more detailed report focused on your assessment answers and requirement details.
First, click the gear icon of the chosen facility to open the requirement view.
From the requirement view, you can choose to either filter your requirements using the filters on the left side of the screen, or you skip this step and export all requirements and their available answers, including requirements still under Review.
Click the dropdown menu next to the Go button and select Download Scorecard.
The exported Scorecard file will include the following information as formatted below:
If you've included any filters (i.e. only those marked as Action Required) then your export will only include that requirements data.
