Compliance Dashboard Update Schedule
Enhesa updates the Compliance Dashboard on a monthly or quarterly schedule concurrently with the Enhesa Audit tools. With this update, our experts publish any new requirements as well as updated requirements to the Enhesa database. To find the frequency of publication, go to the “Audit tools” tab which will also provide you with the next estimated publication date.
Newly Added Requirements and Regulations
New requirements added to Enhesa's database will be added to the “review” section of your facility’s dashboard. These are items you for which have not yet made any determination.
Major Changes to Existing Requirements
Any Existing Requirements that have gone through an Explicit or Implicit Regulatory Changes will be flagged a major change. These requirements will be flagged and our system will ask you re-evaluate your previously given answer.
Explicit Regulatory Change: When there has been a change to an existing requirement, following an explicit regulatory change, i.e. when there is a substantive change to the main text of legislation.
Implicit Regulatory Change: When there has been a change to an existing Compliance Question, following an implicit regulatory change. This means that there are no changes in the main text of a Compliance Question, but the values in a referenced document or annex have changed.
Minor Changes
Editorial Change: that does not impact meaning: This is when there is a change to an
existing Compliance Question that does not impact the meaning.
Improved Guidance/Analysis: This is when there is a change to an existing Compliance
Question, but it does not result in additional or new requirements.
No change: When only the research date is
changed for an existing Compliance Question.
Major Changes, both Explicit and Implicit, are indicated by the numbers highlighted in yellow in the Corporate Dashboard.
If you click on the numbers highlighted in yellow, it brings you to the Compliance Intelligence level shown below.
To view more details about the major changes, click on “Show Changes”. If any requirements have changed since the Scorecard was uploaded to the Dashboard, the number of changed requirements is marked in the “Major Updates” column of the Facility Dashboard.
