Regulatory Forecasters: Set up a new Filter; Find, Edit, Set up email notifications and Share existing Filters

Login your "Regulatory Forecaster → List of Forecasters" service,

Please follow the steps below to (1) Set up a new Filter; (2) Find, Edit, Set up email notifications and Share existing Filters.

• Set up a new Filter

1. Check the current view: Ensure your are located in the default Filter "All Forecasters";

2. Click to select any of your interested drop-down options. [In this example, we chose our interested jurisdictions.

3. Apply your selection;

4. Click "Save Filter" to save your selections as your private Filter;

5. Name your Filter;

6. Set up your preference;

7. Click "Save". 

Your private Filter is now created and saved within the [1] Filters section. You could check it whenever needed.

• Find your Existing Filters

1. Click on the Filters section;

2. The system shows the default Filter, and

3. All your Saved Filters are saved, click to view them when needed;

4. Click the pencil icon of a Filter, you can Edit it's names, settings and email notification frequency; [Please check the following section "Edit & Set up email notifications for Existing Filters" for further details]

5. Click the share icon of a Filter, you can share the Filter with your colleagues;

6. The Filters that your colleagues shared with you are saved click, click to view them when needed;

7. This "tick" icon is shows you which is the current Filter you're viewing.

• Edit & Set up email notifications for Existing Filters

1. Click on the "Pencil" icon to "Edit a Filter";
2. Edit the name of the Filter;
3. Decide whether to set the current Filter and your default one;
4. Set up the email notifications of this Filter.
