Q: Will I lose my data or previous changes made in the Platform?
A: No, all of your data and history will be synced with the NextGen CI Platform, ensuring a seamless transition for your team.
Q: Does the NextGen Platform have the same features that I currently use?
A: Yes, your team will enjoy the same great features you love about Enhesa. We are upgrading the platform and it is aimed at improving the features your team relies on.
Q: What is changing with the upgrade?
A: We’re updating the platform to improve performance, user experience, and security. The upgrade includes updates to our Compliance Intelligence tools in order to enhance compliance and provide a more intuitive interface. Our new platform will also allow us to bring innovative new features to you at a much faster pace than ever before.
Q: Should I expect new content?
A: We’re currently enhancing our regulatory coverage through a quality improvement initiative. This means we’re adding or updating requirements that were previously missing or newly determined to be applicable. As a result, you may notice new or major changes in your requirement assessments, even if the regulations themselves are not newly enacted. This is part of our effort to ensure more thorough and accurate compliance data in NextGen.
Q: Will the user interface and features be different from what we are used to?
A: There is a new modern interface that is meant to enhance the user experience and make your tasks easier and faster. That said, most of the features are very intuitive and similar to what you are used to.
Q: We only use the Enhesa Excel Scorecard currently. Can we continue to do that?
A: Absolutely! In the NextGen system, you’ll have access to a new, more flexible scorecard that’s built directly into the corporate dashboard—making it easier to manage and update. To ensure a smooth transition and full functionality, we recommend uploading your existing Excel scorecards before your upgrade date. This step helps preserve your data and ensures everything is ready to go when you switch over.
Training & Onboarding
Q: Will there be training on the new features?
A: Yes, we will provide updated training materials that you can distribute to your staff, as well as provide in-app tutorials, and e-learning courses. Additionally, all of our normal user documentation will be updated. Please be on the lookout for these new training documents in the near future prior to your upgrade.
Q: Is there a demo of the NextGen system that I can view?
A: Yes, there will demo videos available, as well as in-app walkthroughs to guide you through the platform when you login.
Q: If Enhesa has developed custom training materials for my users, will those be updated?
A: If you utilize custom training or onboarding materials for your users, please reach out to fatema.syed@enhesa.com to coordinate.
Pricing & Billing
Q: Will the changes affect the pricing?
A: No, there will be no changes to your current contracts or pricing.
Upgrade Logistics & Access
Q: Do I need to re-setup any sites or facilities?
A: No, you will not need to recreate or setup sites, facilities or settings within your Compliance Intelligence Platform that you have already created. The NextGen CI system will contain all of your data and configurations from the current tools to ensure a smooth transition.
Q: How do I access the new system?
A: After your upgrade, you will login as normal and when you click the link to your corporate dashboard, you will be directed to the upgraded platform.
Q: What if I have trouble accessing the website?
A: If you experience access issues, please reach out to services@enhesa.com.
Q: When will the upgrade take place?
A: We will be upgrading customers throughout the course of 2025 and early 2026. You will receive an email from our upgrade team in advance of your upgrade with a specific date. We expect minimal downtime, and we will notify you in advance if there are any changes to the schedule.
Q: Will there be downtime during the upgrade?
A: We do not currently anticipate any downtime during the transition, and we will aim to minimize disruption if any. A notification will be posted in advance of the upgrade.
Q: Will my login credentials change after the upgrade?
A: No, your login credentials will remain the same unless otherwise specified.
Q: Will user roles and permissions be affected?
A: No, existing user roles, permissions and facility access will carry over to the new platform unless we inform you otherwise.
Q: How will we be informed of the upgrade status?
A: We will provide regular updates via email and platform notifications leading up to and after the upgrade.
Q: Should I communicate about the upgrade to my users or will Enhesa do that?
A: Yes. Enhesa is only communicating with key contacts at our customers and providing those key contacts with training materials to send to your users. If you have received a communication from Enhesa regarding an upgrade, please communicate with your user base about the changes.
Post-Upgrade Support
Q: What should I do if I can’t log in after the upgrade?
A: First, try clearing your browser cache and restarting your browser. If the issue persists, please contact our support team at services@enhesa.com.

Partner Platform (Integration)
Q: I have a 3rd party EHS platform integration. How will the upgrade impact my integration?
A: If you are currently using the Enhesa CI platform in conjunction with a third-party EHS platform, we will work closely with your EHS platform team to ensure the NextGen CI platform integration API is properly implemented. We are currently working with all of our integration partners on upgrading to our new API.
