To begin creating a new LookOut, first login to your RegScan account.
Next, click on the Change Management dropdown and then select LookOut.
Then, click the CREATE & SEARCH button in the top-left corner of the tool.
Next, select your Country, Jurisdiction, and rule type; these fields are required when creating a new query. If you've selected only one jurisdiction for your query, you can filter further by Agency and Title/Topic. If you've selected more than one Jurisdiction, you will not be able to filter by Agency and Title/Topic.
You can also choose to add optional keywords to your query. Once finished, click Save.
From the LookOut Management page, you can edit any saved LookOuts or run a search by clicking on the pencil icon.
